In-Store Purchases

We offer exchanges only within:

  • 7 days of purchase

  • With original receipt

  • Item must be unused, untampered, and in original condition

  • Original packaging required (where applicable)

Refunds are not offered unless required under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Online Purchases

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act:

Customers may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • Returned in original condition

  • Packaging is intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food, sweets, cookies, and perishable goods

  • Opened items

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Used or tampered goods

Food & Perishable Goods

Due to hygiene regulations:

  • No returns on food items

  • No exchanges for taste preference

  • No returns on opened food products

Allergy Disclaimer

Products may contain or be processed in facilities handling:

  • Nuts

  • Dairy

  • Gluten

  • Eggs

  • Soy

Customers with allergies purchase at their own risk.

Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)

If goods are defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the CPA.

Proof of purchase is required.
