No Liability for Courier Delays

Once the parcel has been handed to the courier:

• It is under courier control

• We are not liable for courier delays

• We are not liable for transit damage beyond reasonable control

• We are not liable for failed delivery attempts

We will assist where reasonably possible.

Nothing removes your rights under the CPA.

Risk & Ownership

Ownership remains with SA Gifts, Crafts & Arts until full payment is received.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided

• Additional courier fees

• Returned parcels
